Bo was always very kind to me and was a gentle soul. I know that he is pain free and at peace, but he will be greatly missed. My condolences to Ailia and her family; you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love you.

I remember his as always being kind and patient. He was the director when I was at the TCC school and he was wonderful. Every time I saw him after he was the same. Much love to his family and prayers for peace and comfort.

Daniel “Bo” Satterwhite was born April 22, 1948, and passed away on July 8, 2025. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose kind heart and warm spirit left a lasting impact on everyone he met.
Bo attended East Highway Baptist Church, where he found strength in his faith and joy in fellowship. He loved playing guitar, a passion that brought music and connection into his life and the lives of those around him. Bo was also a proud and lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan; he could often be found cheering on his team every season with unwavering loyalty.
Bo dedicated 23 years of his early professional life to Houston Light and Power. Later, he transitioned into service at the church, serving as the treasurer for Temple Christian Center and as the Principal of Temple Christian Academy, where he influenced countless students and families. In the final chapter of his career, Bo found fulfillment as a pharmacy technician, where he cherished the opportunity to serve and care for his pharmacy patients.
Bo is survived by his wife Nancy Satterwhite, brother and sister-in-law Kent and Sue Satterwhite, son and daughter-in-law Tommy and Macey Satterwhite, son and daughter-in-law Rev. Andrew and Jackie Hook, son and daughter-in-law Alex and Sungeun Hook, daughter and son-in-law Ailia and CW2 Jordan Oliver, and 11 grandchildren who knew him as “Papaw”.
His legacy of faith, kindness, and service will continue to inspire all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
