Mr. McCarter passed away Friday, September 26, 2025. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 12 noon at Wilson Funeral Home, located at 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605, with Bishop Allen Johnson officiating. Following the service, interment will take place at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33610. Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Wilson Funeral Home.
