My dearest brother god gave us 64 years together. The last time I saw you was at our nephew funeral and you came over to the truck with that big beautiful smile on your face and you just hugged and kissed all over my face and your last words to me was I LOVE YOU BABY SIS and don't you ever forget that.. you got your wings big brother RIP UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN YOUR BABY SIS PAT ❤

Mr. Marshall Edward Elmore was born on November 24, 1957 in Orangeburg, South Carolina to the union of Morris Elmore and Mae West Brown Elmore. He departed this life on Sunday, June 20, 2021.
He was a 1976 graduate of Roberts Highs School in Holly Hill, SC. Marshall relocated to Nashville, TN where he honed in on his culinary skills as a chef. He was employed by Opryland, Morrison Cafe`and the Hilton Hotel. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing basketball, cooking and dancing.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: his son, Quincy Ligon, Sr.; a devoted loved one, Velda Cross; parents, Mae West Elmore and Morris Elmore; stepdaughter, Tomossa Moore (Victor); sisters: Marie Elmore, Louise (Raymond) Pelzer, Pamela Elmore; brothers: Curtis (Max) Elmore, Wilbur Elmore, Milton, Elmore, Jackie (Nisuy) Elmore, Melvin (Sarah) Elmore, Steven Elmore, Roger (Valorie) Elmore, Darryl (Lucille) Elmore; grandchildren: Laquincyah Ligon, Quincy Ligon, Jr., Ashley Ligon, A'bria Ligon, Miracle Ligon and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
