Obituary
Mr. Michael's Obituary
Mr. Michael S. Hawthorne, Sr., age 55, peacefully passed away on February 23, 2026.
Michael was a dedicated community leader and entrepreneur who took great pride in uplifting others. As the owner of a real estate investing company, he worked diligently to create opportunities, strengthen neighborhoods, and leave a lasting impact through his vision and leadership. He believed in building not only properties, but relationships always striving to make a difference in the lives of those around him.
Combined Services will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Unity Gospel House of Prayer, 1747 N. 12th Street. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 12:00 PM.
Interment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
Though his earthly work has ended, the foundation he built in his family and community will stand for generations to come. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
