The celebration of life and legacy of Deacon Turner will be held at the Rock Island Baptist Church Saturday, November 15, 2025, 11:00 a. m. with Pastor Conway Terrell Jones officiating. The casketed remains will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a. m. until the start of the religious service. Burial will follow in Lawrence Serenity Sanctum.
