Robert Shepherd Jr. passed away on August 12th, 2025, at Serene Meadows in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Robert attended East Prairie High School in East Prairie, MO. Robert was born on March 17th, 1952, in Lilbourn, MO, to Robert L. Shepherd and Mattie L. Shepherd.Robert moved to Flint in 1973 and became employed at General Motors shortly thereafter. He later moved to Kansas City, MO, for approximately ten years before returning to Flint, where he lived until his passing. Robert had a love for 70 model cars, and his favorite cars were Cadillacs. He also loved dancing, Seventies R&B, down-home blues music, a great lover of high-fashion clothes, and yes, meeting women. If you had met Robert, you would never forget him, because he left an amazing impression on everyone he met. He loved life, people, and his family dearly.Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. Shepherd and Mattie L. Shepherd, one brother, Floyd Wade, and one sister, Shirley M. Erwin.He leaves to cherish his memories 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
