Spencer Funeral Directors. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Left with fond memories; her husband, Eddie Stegger; children, Cassandra Williams (Paul) and Andrei Stegger; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and dear friends.
