To the family of Mr. William wild Bill Cater. My heart was saddened to read that Bill has passed. We have worked and traveled together while working at Synoptic System for many years. Family William was one of the kindness man I have ever met. Be encouraged family, let his love for you all live on in your heart. Weeping may endure for a night but joy will come in the morning.
