Myrna's Obituary

Myrna Esta Holder went to rest with the lord on December 3, 2024, at her home in Clermont, FL. She was born on October 28, 1937, in Stratton, Colorado to Dorothy and Max Littel. She was the 4th out of 5 daughters. 5 girls—poor Grandpa Max. Myrna would tell the story of how her mother would ask the girls to do their chores, and they would continually say, “In a minute!”, but then all Grandpa Max had to say was, “GIRLS”, and they would immediately get up and do them.

She attended Lakewood High School in Lakewood, CO, where she enjoyed going to the football games on Friday nights. After she graduated, she spent a brief time in California with her friend Janet. They wanted to be near the beach, as Colorado only has mountains. She returned to Colorado to marry her hometown sweetheart, Gary. They later divorced, but not until they had 3 beautiful daughters, Janine, Shelly and Renee, who took care of her till the end. Myrna worked hard all her life to provide for her girls, and they returned the favor in her last years.

Everyone who knew her, loved her for her spunk and sense of humor. She loved to tell the same joke to anyone who would listen. We can’t tell it here, as it is not appropriate for all ages, but it made us laugh every time. Her biggest passion was bowling and has many trophies to prove it.

Myrna is survived by her daughters and many family and friends, but her favorite were her Grandkids: Tiffany, Johnny, Michael, Alexis and Wendy, and one great grandson, Conner.

There are no service plans as of yet, but in Lieu of flowers, we request that you go bowling with your family and friends and have fun in her honor.
