Not sure what to say?

I’m so sorry to learn about Mrs. Armstrong’s passing. I, like so many others, have terrific memories of her as our music teacher at Jackson Heights. A real force behind my love of music and all that it brings. Sending condolences to her family.

I’m so sorry to hear of Mrs. Armstrong’s passing. My deepest condolences to her family. She was very special to so many and was such a light in my young life. I’ll never forget a special moment we shared during the production of “Winnie the Pooh.” I had the role of Christopher Robin, the narrator, and got the worst case of stage fright. Mrs. Armstrong mouthed me the words until I was able to regain my composure. She was always showing up for all of us GF city school kids.

Found memories growing up, visiting my grandmother Gladys next door to Nancy's camp. To Nancy's open arms donated clothes to my son, and supporting my honey business. She will be missed.

You will be missed more than words can express. Thank you for being the best aunt and friend to me for 49 years. Love you more xxoo Ami (KRISTEN) Molyneaux

My sincere condolences to Nancy's family. She was a high energy and fun person to work with when my kids did the Adirondack Children's Troupe. I remember sewing costumes during rehearsals and watching her high energy conducting and dancing around...so very full of love for what she was doing with the kids. Fare thee well, Nancy. May you rest in peace.

As a former teacher at GFMS, I was saddened to hear about Nancy's passing. She was such a wonderful and talented individual. She will be missed.

I met Nancy at the Queensbury United Methodist Thrift Shop. She was a regular shopper there and was always so excited and happy with the bargains that she got. Then I saw her playing at the Senior seminar. She was wonderful and encouraging with the Seniors she worked with. I found her to be so outgoing and friendly! She was a “people person”.I felt her warmth and friendly smile Immediately! I was so saddened to hear of her passing.
With heartfelt sympathy, Barbara Coccia

Thank you, Mrs. Armstrong. For instilling a love of Motown music and helping to cultivate the seed that has made me into the performer I am today.

Nancy was my music/chorus teacher at Jackson Heights, and then in 6th grade middle school. I haven't seen her in person in years, but as a former student, and a FB friend, she made a lasting impression with the music and love she shared with so many students, friends, and with the community.... Rest in peace Mrs. Armstrong....You were loved by many.
