We worked together for many years. She was her own person. I admired her tenacity and her willingness to say whatever was on her mind. I will miss her but know she is home where she is loved. Much love my friend.

Nancy was a kind soul and deeply spiritual. She was always very dedicated in her work and always concerned with anyone she came in contact with. May Nancy rest in the arms of our Savior.

Nancy Elizabeth Barckett passed away on November 23,2024 at the age of 79. She was preceded by her parents George and Nancy (nee Cade) Barckett.
Her surviving relatives include Margaret McCarthy, Sarah Emm Chesher, William McCarthy, Cade McCarthy, Kevin McCarthy, and Robin Lafrican.
Before retiring,Nancy worked for the Archdiocese of Newark for over 35 years. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday December 3, 2024 at 10:30am at St. Mary RC Church in Rutherford, NJ. Interment of her cremains will be at a later date at Lakeside Cemetery in Minneapolis MN.
