She loved her grandchildren

My Mom was a loving an carrying Grammy she was most happy to move back home from California to spend valuable time with her grandkids I love u MoMA mat you finally rest in peace and painless

Mrs. Nancy will be missed dearly and loved. It was a privilege for me to having to get to know her while working at Heather Manor Nursing facility as a HSK. I would stop in often to talk with her and say something funny to make her laugh. She was a nice and bright spirited lady. My Condolences be with family & friends. I'll keep u in my prayers and rest assured God is ever near in the midst of whatever may betide.

My deepest sympathy for you all. I'm so sorry for your loss of your sweet mom, grandma. It's always hard to lose a loved one but when it's so close to the holidays I'm sure makes it rough. Nancy's Obituary

Nancy Louise Smith Carter, 76, of Hope, Arkansas passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025. Nancy was born to John and Hazel Smith on October 20, 1949, in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. She was a pharmacy technician. Nancy was a very caring mother and grandmother to her son, daughter in law and three amazing grandsons that she adored dearly! She will be missed by many friends and family.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Hazel Smith and daughter, Autumn Bingle; four brothers and one sister.

Survived by her son, Johnny (Tammy) Bingle of Hope, Arkansas; grandchildren, Zakery Bingle, Jakob Bingle, and Nathan Strange; and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service at a later date. 

Cremation services provided by A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps, Arkansas.
