Nancy Marie (DeRiggi) Curra

Mrs. Curra lived 1 house away from me in Freeport NY. The mother of my friend Celeste. She welcomed me to her home always. I would join in at family dinners, come and go with open arms. The kindest woman who always seemed to understand and be a caring and warm influence on my life. My condolences to Celeste and her family.

Nancy was my neighbor in Freeport and her son Tommy and my son Tommy were best friends and always were in one another’s house. Nancy was a special friend whose house always smelled of her delicious cooking. She was sweet and kind. Had a wonderful visit with her a few years ago

Aunt Nancy was my mentor. She taught me so many things growing up in life. She would listen without judging. We laughed we cried. She was my inspiration as to what a wife and mother should be. She was the best cook and her baking was incredible. Had wonderful times with Uncle Tony playing golf and just enjoying their company. Their faith was amazing and strengthened mine. I have wonderful memories of them both that I will cherish all the rest of my days. They will be greatly missed . I love...
