I went to grade school with Neil. He was so kind and thoughtful, and had the biggest heart. May he rest gently in eternal light and peace, and may the memories of his gentle presence continue to bring comfort and love to all who were touched by his life.

What a shock! Miss ya Duke...

So sorry for the loss of Neil I worked with him at Hershey for many years he was a wonderful kind Man. We always bought each other lunches on Friday for our Birthday's also he bought Christmas cookies from me for years. I will miss him a lot my prayers are with you all at this sad time.

RIP, Big Guy. THANK YOU for all your help with the ladies' firearms events. Your kindness and generosity will be missed.

Neil's Obituary

Neil Frank DeLuca, 61 of Zion Grove, PA passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 6, 2025 in his home. Born on July 8, 1964 in Allentown, he was a son of Patricia Ann Panik. Neil was a graduate of Shenandoah Valley High School. He was employed as a maintenance technician for Hershey Chocolate USA in Hazleton for 32 years. Neil was a member of Zion Stone Church in West Penn Township.

Survivors: In addition to his mother, Neil is survived by his companion, Connie Gruver; 2 stepbrothers and several cousins.

Services: Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are under the care of the Reichel Funeral Home, Northampton. Online condolences may be offered below.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in loving memory of Neil.
