He was a wonderful School friend in Elementary School and the community of Murphy Town. Also, what a great family, I knew them all and spent many hours riding my bicycle to the store. It looks like Neil had a good life and wonderful family. Blessings

I will miss my dear cousin forever, he was the brother I never had. We had such a great time together back in Murphytown West Virginia when we were all young. Best times of my life. Rest in peace Neil, love you.
