Neil was one of my best friends and I still miss him. I know he welcomed his beloved brother Erik:) So sorry Mrs. Gayle and Mr. Felix. They were both incredible people.

So sorry for your lost
We met Neil the first time we visited the home .we always had great respect for him .he was so soft spoken ,our son Chris Broussard who lives there said he never saw him get mad he was always so kind
We know we can talk for all the guys that live there ,he will be missed by all.

Neil's Obituaries

Neil William Dyhrkopp, 48, died from a sudden heart attack on Friday, June 9, 2017.

 

Neil was born April 5, 1969 in New Orleans, LA, was a graduate of Jesuit High School and the University of New Orleans.

 

He is survived by his mother, Gayle Dyhrkopp and companion Harry Wood; father, Felix Grover Dyhrkopp and wife Pamela; brother, Erik Dyhrkopp; nephews, Zachary and Lucas; and niece, Alana.

 

His memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at St. Angela Merici Church, 901 Beverly Garden Drive, Metairie, LA. A gathering of family and friends will be at the church from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
