Nia Chantel Lassere was born on June 18, 1976, and entered into eternal life on Monday February 19th, 2024, at the age of 47.She is preceded in death by her mother Angela Lassere Evans and Grandfather Russell Bruno Lassere. Nia was devoted to her grandmother Leomia Vernon Lassere and Aunt Mary Bridget Lassere. She was deeply loved and will be missed by her father Tyronne Muse Bolden, her sister Dina Javonne Lassere and her brothers Harrel Evans, Jr and Nickoy Bolden. Also left to mourn her loss are her niece's Maleah and Makayla Brown, Amari, Khamil, and Nevaeh Evans. Her nephew's Malik Taylor, Mason and Messiah Evans, and host of Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Nia was a lifelong devoted member of Blessed Sacrament St Joan of Arc Catholic Church. She graduated from St Mary's Academy, Class of 1994, where she was an original member of the Pinnettes Brass Band. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Christian Memorial Service on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Blessed Sacrament St Joan of Arc Church 8321 Burthe St. N.O. La., 70118. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a. m. to 9:40 a. m. followed by the Rosary and Mass at 10:00 a.m. Private Burial. You may sign the guest book on http://www.gertrudegeddeswillis.com.
