My husband and I bowled with Nick for a few years such a nice guyalways enjoyed chatting with him

Nicholas's Obituary

Nicholas Charles Russell, 41, of Merrimack NH passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 17th, 2025 at his home.

Born in Nashua, NH on August 29th, 1983, he was one of three children to Toby and Lorrie (Wieczhalek) Russell. He grew up in Weare, NH, Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania and Merrimack, graduating from Merrimack High School in 2004. He received an Associates in Broadcasting in 2007and a Bachelors in Business from Hesser College in 2009.

Nick worked for Shaw's for several years, later working as a product demonstrator at BJ's and was currently employed at Costco in Nashua, though he held on to the hope of someday using his communication talent to work in radio. 

He loved singing karaoke, bowling, silly movies, game shows and old tv shows & comedies. He especially loved family reunions at Bear Pond in Maine and was counting down the days for this year's reunion only a week away. 

He was pre-deceased by his maternal grandparents, Charlie and Doris Wieczhalek and his paternal grandparents, Richard and Ann Russell.

He is survived by his loving parents, Toby and Lorrie; two brothers, Adam Russell and his wife Jessica (Wheeler)and nephews Finn and Rowan, and James Russell and his significant other, Margaret Meyer and his niece Sami. 

Memorial visitation hours will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025 from 1 – 3 PM. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3 PM.
