Ellen, I am so very sorry for your loss. My heart aches for you and your family. We are not supposed to outlive our children. Please let me know what I can do.

I am so so sorry Ellen my healing thoughts are with you.

Nick was truly special. Having grown up with our brothers Alex and Tommy being best friends since elementary school, it wasn’t long before Nick and I became close too. I first met Nick while I was a student at Penn State, and was lucky enough to continue our friendship when Nick moved to the Exton/ Malvern area. Nick, I will miss your guidance, your smile, and your big laugh that brightened every room. I will always cherish the many football Sundays with you, Amara, and Benson.

Ellen, you raised a truly great man. I am a better person because of Nick, and I’m so lucky to have had our paths cross in such a meaningful way. May his memory and...

Ellen, I can only imagine the heartbreak you feel, bittersweet with loss but loving memories. I remember Nick when you were expecting him. I remember how we met at the Penn State mother’s group and of the hours our kids played together. What wonderful memories to be cherished! Nick will indeed be missed! I’m thinking of you and Alex for comfort and peace!
