Swinging Stars 56th Anniversary dance.
We had many good times together square dancing, taking trips, and just sharing meals. You will be sorely missed but never forgotten. Our club won't be the same without you. Rest in peace, Naomi. We loved you.

Noemi Caballero passed away at her home on Friday, February 19th to join her Lord and Savior. Her passing was shock to her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 5, 2021 at First United Methodist Church in Wichita Falls with Rev. John McClarty and Rev. Don Pelikan officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Noemi was born October 10, 1963 to Steve Diaz Caballero and Raquel (Melendez) Caballero. Noemi graduated from S. H. Rider High School in 1982. She loved Rider and would have a great time with the Rider Lunch Brunch with former graduates. Sharing memories of the Rider-Old High rivalry and much more. She worked at Wingler & Sharp, La Quinta, Fedex-Kinkos, and recently the MSU bookstore. She received her BBA from the University of Phoenix. Noemi was always ready to help family and friends when we needed her. She had a servants heart. She loved to play card and board games when our family got together. She was a fun person who always loved a good joke. We loved and will miss her laughs.
Noemi was an active participant in many organizations and was a very social person. She loved square dancing and belonged to the Swinging Stars Club and was a secretary for the Red River Valley Association. Her square dancing friends were her family and loved each other very much. Noemi was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was a member of choir and played bells for the Asbury Ringers. She had a beautiful voice and shared her gift as a member of the Legacy Choir.
Noemi was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Raquel Caballero.
She is survived by her father Steve Caballero; her sister, Priscilla and her spouse, Gary Shonk of Wichita Falls; her niece, Clarissa and Jacob Davis of Lafayette, Indiana; nephew, Phillip and Jessica Shonk of Wichita Falls, TX; and nieces, Rachel Shonk of Altus, OK and Olivia Shonk of Wichita Falls, TX.
Our sincerest gratitude for all the generous donations and support for her funeral. Our hearts were so happy to see the outpouring of love from everyone that Noemi's life touched and the love people showed brought light into our darkened times.
Condolences may be sent to the family at www.owensandbrumley.com
