Obituary

NORBERT L.'s Obituary

NORBERT L. ROGLIN age 92; beloved son of the late Eleanor (nee Furin) and Norbert J. Roglin, dear brother of Mary Kay Weigle, Judy Boyce, James McCrea (Pat) and Joanie Hays (Blaine), uncle and great uncle of many. Proud U.S.A.F veteran. Norbert graduated from Benedictine High School and was active in CYO camps in N. Madison and Lake Erie.  He was involved in the St. Rose Drama Club and especially enjoyed singing with the Cleveland Civic Lite Opera and many other choirs.  He was a member of the West Park and Sandusky K of C. He was a member of the Cayoma Club and retired from the Navy Finance Center in Cleveland.  The family would like to recognize and thank the care staff at the Ohio Veteran's Home in Sandusky, a place where Norbert called home for 33yrs. Passed away September 6, 2025. Funeral Mass Wednesday, September 10, St. Richard Church (26855 Lorain Rd. North Olmsted) at 11 A.M. Interment Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of NORTH OLMSTED, 29150 LORAIN RD. AT STEARNS RD. WEDNESDAY 9 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. Memorial contributions are suggested to The Ohio Veteran's Home 3416 Columbus Ave. Sandusky, OH. 44870.
