I knew Norma for many years here at the Village at Incarnate Word. Her happy disposition was contagious and I feel blessed for having known her. May her gentle soul rest in the loving embrace of a welcoming God. My condolences to Tina and Walter and all her family who loved her very much.

Norma was my next door neighbor at out retirement community. She was an absolute joy to know and have as a neighbor. She was greatly missed when she changed living areas within our community. The last time we saw each other was at our Christmas event on Dec. 23. She was at the next table with family and we had such a joyous visit. I worked with Norma Jean at good ol' Ma Bell way back in the old days - and not only that, but we lived in the same apartment complex! She and Ron, our other neighbors, Rose (who also worked at Ma Bell) and Harold Johnson, and I would often spend time together. I loved Norma's dry sense of humor!
