Mr. Obe will be sorely missed. He was a great man, and leaves behind a great legacy. I will always remember his humming and whistling of gospel songs while he was working, or walking, or relaxing or waiting, or whatever he was doing. That was his way of praising God.

My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Obe's family and friends. He was one of a kind; always had a smile on his lips and love in his heart. Mr. Obe put us a water pump in on Sunday morning many years ago. He said we needed water, that he could provide it and he did. His response was something about an animal being stuck in the mud, to get it out, Sunday or not. I will never forget Mr. Obe's kindness.
