Oras Busch, Jr., 83, of Perryton, Texas died Wednesday, June 28, 2017 in Perryton. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 2, 2017 at First Christian Church in Perryton, with Rev. Dan Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery in Perryton, and arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton, Texas.
Mr. Busch was born on January 14, 1934 in Booker, Texas to Oras Busch and Clara Schwab Busch. He married his wife, Linda Skaggs Busch on August 12, 1956 in Perryton, Texas. He was a member of First Christian Church in Perryton, and he was a farmer. He also owned and operated Ochiltree Growers for 25 years and was a lifetime resident of Perryton.
Mr. Busch is survived by one daughter, Becky Randall and husband Keith, of Perryton, Texas; two sons, Steve Busch and wife Gayla, of Perryton, Texas, and Lonnie Busch and wife Brenda, of Leoti, Kansas; one sister, Betty O’Neal, of Lubbock, Texas; five grandsons, Shae Cunninghan and wife Randi, Jaren Cunningham and wife Megan, Brodi Busch and wife Ashley, Braden Busch and wife Tanessa, and Steffen Busch; three granddaughters, Brittany Busch, Rachel Barrett and husband Jordan, and Jessenia Busch; and seven great-grandchildren.
Mr. Busch was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; parents, Oras and Lydia Busch; two sisters, Lora Flaming and Rose Wilson; and one brother, J. E. Busch.
