Oscar J. Vital

Oscar Vital was my mother’s youngest brother. She had 3 brothers and loved them all dearly. All of Oscar’s sibs preceded him in death. He was the last surviving family member of his generation. His loving and cherished wife, Rosemary, as well as his eldest daughter, Francine, also preceded him in death. He served in the Navy during WW II.
