Otis Kelly, Jr.
Otis Kelly, Jr., age 65 was born on May 28, 1959, in New Orleans, LA passed away peacefully on the evening of Monday, November 25, 2024. Otis worked at Capital City Produce until his retirement. He was a person with a good heart and a very friendly person to all he came in contact with. He was the loving husband of Cynthia Kelly. Beloved father of Lakanya, Ivorionne, Jalisa, Romero, Dwayne and Darrell. Devoted brother of Romero Ceaser, Craig Kelly, Devetta Kelly, Danita Kelly and Lisa Kelly. Stepson of Arthurine Kelly. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, family and many friends. Otis was preceded in death by his parents Nettie Ceaser and Otis Kelly, Sr; and his two brothers Patrick and Dwayne Kelly. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home, 2120 Jackson Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70113 at 12:30 p.m. Visitation from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Private Burial.
