Palmera was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 25, 1923 to Antonio and Rosa Daloria. She worked as a Registry Clerk for the U.S. Postal Service, and also attended St. Theresa Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents.She is survived by her daughter: Judy Covington and husband John of Vernon, Fl.; sister: Rosa Marie Agro of Brooklyn, NY; grandchild: Keith Robert Fessler of South Daytona, Fl.Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.A memorial service will be held at 1p.m., Saturday June 1, 2013 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Sunny Hills.
