Pam (Permelia Ann) Mossburg died on November 18, 2025 at Inova – Loudoun Hospital at Lansdowne. She was born on July 5, 1953 to the late William Howard and Helen Pearson Mossburg of Hamilton VA. She was a resident at Ashleigh at Lansdowne for the last 5 years. She had suffered with Parkison’s Disease for the last 11 years.
She is survived by her sister Nancy Howard Mossburg and brother-in-law Charles Miehm of Hamilton VA; her long-time gentleman friend, Russ Norfleet of Arlington VA; six first cousins on her mother’s side and several second cousins on her dad’s side. She was seventh generation Loudoun County.
Pam graduated from Loudoun Valley High School in Purcellville, Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond with a B.S. in Biology and George Mason University in Fairfax with an MBA. Her career spanned over 47 years working for Hazleton Labs, The American Red Cross, Life Technologies, and The Dominion Group. Her career focus was market research for the pharmaceutical industry.
She was an active member of St. James Episcopal Church in Leesburg for many years. She served as Co-Senior Warden and on the Priest Search Committee in the late 1990s. She served on the Pastoral Associates Committee for many years.
She was also a Past President of the Loudoun Business and Professional Women’s Organization.
Burial was at Lakeview Cemetery in Hamilton VA.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring.
