Age ~ 71

Pamela Mary (Kalkofen) Hansen, 71, of Goodman, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side, on Sunday afternoon, August 17, 2025.

Pamela was raised in the Goodman/Armstrong Creek area, graduating in 1972 from Goodman High School. She was united in marriage to David Arnold Calhoun in Laona and later married Randall David Giese in Lakewood, Wisconsin. 

She was employed as a CNA at care facilities taking care of the residents. She later was employed as a waitress at the Golden Basket in Green Bay, and Stoney Ridge Restaurant in Goodman. 

She was a member of the Goodman Union Protestant Church.

Pamela enjoyed playing cribbage, hunting, fishing, and her animals. The most important part of Pam’s life was her family and loved spending time with them.

She will be dearly missed by her children, Jennifer Lee (Mike Cornell) of Goodman, David (Valerie) Calhoun of Green Bay, William Giese (fiancée, Rebecca Eckhardt) of Green Bay, seven grandchildren, Tabatha, Tori, Tyler, Tara, Tiffany, Alexander, and Devan, three great-grandchildren, Stephen, Benjamin, and Freya, siblings, Charles (Darlene) Kalkofen, of Goodman, Richard (Donna) Kalkofen of Goodman, William (Tina) Kalkofen of Green Bay, Ronald Kalkofen of Goodman, Robert Kalkofen of Goodman, and Linda Engels of Laona, and her four-legged companions, Butter and Baby Girl. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. 

Pam is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Lelia Kalkofen, brother-in-law, Melvin Engels and two sisters-in-law, Diane Kalkofen and Ellie Kalkofen.

The visitation for Pam will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Goodman Union Protestant Church located at 304 4th. Street, Goodman, Wisconsin from 1:00 PM until the 2:00 PM Celebration of Life. Pastor Debra Spira will officiate. 

Immediately following the service there will be a procession to the Glenwood Cemetery for the Committal Service. A luncheon will follow at the Goodman Union Protestant Church.

Pam's family would like to express their extreme gratitude to the Unity Hospice Nurses and Counselor for all their help and care.
