Forever Loved

My Aunt Pammy, my heart is broken and hurts for the kids. I know you will always be smiling down on all of us from heaven. All I can really say is...I love you a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck. I sang this to my kids, and now my grandkids. Just like you used to sing it to me and your kids. I miss you already. Please give my mom and dad a big hug. Love you, your CeCee Bug. Xoxo

Pamela's Obituary

Pamela Kaye Salwa passed away on August 17, 2025 at the age of 73. Loving mother of James Pappas, Christopher Pappas, Sophia K. (Shawnna) Pappas. Caring grandmother of Sophia M. (Shayanna) Pappas, Christopher Pappas Jr., Leonora (Timothy) Malcomson, and Chelsea Pappas. Great grandmother of Timothy Malcomson III, Emma Malcomson, Jonathon Malcomson, and Annie Malcomson. Dear sister of Wanda, Tina, and Brenda (Jim). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Ella, and 9 siblings.

Pamela will be lovingly remembered for the joy, laughter, and care she brought to everyone around her. She had a vibrant spirit and found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—whether it was playing a round of bingo, visiting the casino, or spending a fun evening at the bowling alley.

Pamela was also a wonderful cook, known for making meals that brought her family together. Her love for her family was at the center of everything she did, and the moments shared with them were the ones she cherished most.

At home, Pamela’s heart was fullest when surrounded by her beloved cats, IttyBitty, and Munchkin. Over the years, she also became known for her fondness for animals—especially the many squirrels that always seemed to find a way into her life.

She will be remembered for her kindness, her sense of humor, and the love she so freely gave. Pamela’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

We love you a bushel and a peck, and a hug around the neck.
