Not sure what to say?

We were always struck by the loving kindness of Jean's mom -- that she clearly passed on to Jean. Her smile, her pride in family. We hope/trust you are celebrating a life well lived. Our hearts go out to you from Wilmette, IL. We are so dearly sorry for your loss. No matter how old or how challenged one may be by the blessings of advanced age, as a child, one is never fully prepared to say ... good-bye. I assure you, spoken from someone who loved and misses both deceased parents. Please know...

d our Father, Your power brings us to birth, Your providence guides our lives,
and by Your command, we return to dust.
Lord, those who die still live in Your presence,

and for all the dead known to You alone. In company with Christ,
Who died and now lives, may they rejoice in Your kingdom,

to sing...

Monica, Jean and Robert-I’m so sorry for your loss. Your Mom (and Dad) were always so very kind to me. Hoping your memories comfort you all.

Patty Donath was sunny and sweet - my high school classmate who made everyone feel included and befriended. Her Hyde Park roots were deep; she and Werner were a beautiful couple, loyal and dependable always. I will miss er.

Nurse Patricia Donath, we recognize you and pay homage to your dedication to the profession of nursing.
Your life as a nurse is not remembered by your years as a nurse, but rather by the difference you made by stepping into people’s livesby special moments.
We extend our deepest sympathies to your family.

The Cincinnati Nurses Honor Guard

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
