Not sure what to say?

My prayers and thoughts to his family .

Sending our deepest sympathy.Pat was the sweetest ,kindest, silly ,most wonderful person. Was so caring.Went out of his way like picking my daughter up when she was a kid and taking her to play basketball.Playing little tricks on us like if we went to post office,he hide in little section by steps and scare us.Just simple ,fun loving.person.Will be truly missed.

My sincere sympathy goes out to Pat's dear children and his brother Lew. I lived next door to Pat on Stanton Street in Monongahela when his children and my three children were young. When recalling those years, I often have said, "Pat Frye was the best neighbor I have ever had. He was always kind, helpful, and ready to provide fun times for the kids." He inspired by oldest son to find his interest in playing the guitar. To this day, my son recalls Pat letting him play his Telecaster. ...

My deepest sympathies for Pat's family. We were classmates, and I always remember him as being a very sweet guy who was nice to everyone. Rest in God's grace Pat. See you again one day.

I always enjoyed talking with Pat when he would stop in my father’s pharmacy. I’m learning too late that he was a fellow motorcyclist.

My sympathy to his family and friends.

Rest in Peace old friend some day we will ride dirt bikes together again

My deepest sympathies to Pat's brothers, children and grandchildren. I went to school with Pat and graduated with him at Ringgold High School in 1976. He and Pam did a wonderful job when my mom, Mary Patterson ,passed away. It was probably the first time that the Monongahela Police Department had to come to the funeral home during a viewing. I'm sure Pam remembers that

Thoughts and prayers to the whole Frye family. Memories of the times on Chess Street and also around the funeral home and the ambulance service. Pat was much too young

Our deepest sympathies. Pat was one of a kind and will be missed.

Patrick Reese Frye, 67, of Venice, Florida, formerly of Monongahela, died Monday, July 28, 2025. He was born April 21, 1958 in New Eagle, the son of Lewis M. and Dorothy A. Brownfield Frye, Jr.

Patrick graduated from Ringgold High School Class of 1976, had an associate’s degree from Edinboro University and was a 1980 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. As a licensed funeral director, he assumed the family business established by his grandfather and continued by his father, Lewis M. Frye, Sr. and Lewis M. Frye, Jr. respectively. Pat had a passion for music, both listening and playing. From motorcycles to E-bikes, he enjoyed life on two wheels. He was a devoted father and loving grandfather. For sure, Pat was extremely personable as "he was a man who never met a stranger."

He is survived by two sons and a daughter, Leland M. Frye and Lindsey M. Frye, both of Monongahela, Lewis M. (Molly) Frye, IV of White Oak; two grandchildren, Gianna and Carmine; two brothers, Lewis M. (Yvonne) Frye, III of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Robert O. (Sandra) Frye of Mentor, Ohio.
