Patrick Jack

Patrick Jack was born to Patrick H. Jack  and Juleta C. Jacques on November 28, 1982. He spent his entire life in California until he relocated to New Orleans. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University Los Angeles. Patrick also earned a Commercial Driver's License. He loved traveling all over the country. Patrick died unexpectedly on October 24, 2025 at the age of 42. Although he never married or had children he had so many friends. He leaves behind to morn his passing his beloved mother Juleta Jacques, his father Patrick Jack, his devoted grandmother Gaynell Jacques, his special grandmother Shirley Felix, his Uncle Rivers Jacques, Jr., his Aunt Jeandelle Jacques-Sinclair, and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
