Patti A. Libensperger of Pocono Summit, PA passed away peacefully on May 13, 2018 at Chandler Hall Hospice of Newtown surrounded by her loving sisters. She was 61. Patti is survived by her son Richard W. Wrenn, his wife Gina and her 4 grandchildren Emma, Mia, Jacob and Kara. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
