Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Paul's passing. I have such wonderful memories of working with Paul - when he was working with you you felt like you had the very best on your team. Today I was so saddened to learn of his untimely death. I am so sorry.

Sid and family, I know this is a little late but not any less meant. I am sorry for your loss. Sid it was nice that you and Paul were able to spend the summer together. I was looking forward to having Paul become a NLH volunteer as he had planned. He was a wonderful mentor and trainer to new volunteers in the ED. Paul was a wonderful man and he will be missed.
Thinking of you,

Sid, so very saddened to hear of Paul's passing. I first met Paul when I was working as an RN in the NLH ED in the late '80's. Ever since, whenever our paths would cross he would always have a big smile and a warm greeting. My favorite memories of the two of you are the times I would see you grocery shopping or walking down Main Street, holding hands. I know he will be with you always.

You will be loved forever!

I am so sorry for your loss, Sid. You were very lucky to have one of the good guys.

Paul was an excellent man, a kind and supportive presence, and a wonderful neighbor. We will miss him tremendously.

We are very sad to learn just today of Paul's passing. He came to our rescue several times, and we knew him as a good neighbor and friend. He had a amazing rapport in crisis situations putting everyone at ease. Sending condolences and love to his family.

It was my pleasure and privilege to have known Paul from the early days of his nursing career to the present day. I regarded him as an always positive empathetic caregiver who was a valued member of the New London Hospital emergency room team of which I was a participating member on Monday nights for 19 years. His keen observation and assessment skills were invaluable on many occasions. He will be greatly missed by all of us who were lucky enough to have worked with him. My heartfelt...

Paul was such a comfort to both my parents, resuscitating my Dad and working with and caring for my Mom ( she worked at LSVNA as a home health aide) when she became ill with cancer. He also helped with my Uncle when he moved home to the area from the west. I don't need to say how kind, gentle and caring he was, we all know that. What I do appreciate was his no nonsense approach to the situation at hand. As a friend he came to my home, assessed the situation with my Uncle and set about...
