So sorry to hear about Mr. Licano. He was a wonderful man and I loved working with him at the Town of Miami when he was vice-mayor. My condolences to all the family he will be missed

Loved, Mr. Licano, he had a Hollywood smile to me. He always treated us very well and wasn't afraid to get on us like one of his own. Gonna miss seen him. My condolences to the family

It was an honor to know such a gentleman, your Dad was so kind. Always greeted everyone with a loving smile, pat on back or hug. Seeing the love he had for your Mom, such beauty, a love so many people yearn for. He loved his family, he loved his country. Thank you Paul for your service.
