Mrs. Paula Lu Milenkovic, (nee: McQuillen) of Warrenton, MO., passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday October 23, 2019. She was born on December 14, 1956 in Bativia, NY., to the late Lyle and Charlotte (nee: Weinert) McQuillen. Paula Lu had reached the age of 62 years 10 months 9 days.
Paula Lu was married to Mike Milenkovic on May 20, 1979 in Bellwood, IL. They spent 40 wonderful years together. She worked in the education field as an office manager in the publications department for many years. Paula Lu became very involved in the Warrenton Elks Lodge #2662 after she and Mike moved to Warrenton. She was the publisher of the monthly news letter and enjoyed volunteering in the kitchen at the Elks Lodge. Paula loved spending time on her property, fishing on the lake and feeding the deer and other wildlife. She was an animal lover and dearly loved her six dogs; Missy, Zoe, Scooter, Yogi, Pebbles and Lady.
Paula Lu Milenkovic was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle and Charlotte; one sister in law, Ljubinka Valsh. She is survived by her loving husband, Mike; one brother, Donald "Curly" McQuillen, Sr., and wife Paula; nephews, Robert McQuillen and wife Jessica; Donald McQuillen, Jr. and wife Lisa; brother in laws, Mitchell and Dean Milenkovic; fur babies; Missy, Zoe, Scooter, Yogi, Pebbles and Lady as well as many other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation for Mrs. Milenkovic will be held on Sunday October 27, 2019, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton. Funeral services will begin at 5:00 PM also at the funeral home. An Elks Lodge service will be held during the funeral service.
