Pauline M. Springer, 78 of Chipley, Florida passed from this life on August 13, 2025 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Pauline was born on November 2, 1946 in Croydon, England to William Heywood and Gwendolyn Kidd. A resident of Washington County since 1994 after relocating from Coral Springs, Florida. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking for family and friends, and spending time outdoors, especially fishing and swimming. Pauline will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents: William and Gwendolyn Heywood; brother: Roy Heywood.
She is survived by her daughter: Lorna Hendrix (Michael) of Chipley, FL; brother: Keith Heywood of Somerset, England; grandchildren: Ashley Hendrix (Robbie), John Hendrix, Ryan Hendrix; great grandchildren: Robert Johnson, Lorna Bratcher, Leonard Bratcher, Raina Bratcher, Gavan Bratcher; nieces: Wendy Heywood, Adele Heywood, Claire Heywood; nephews: Daniel Heywood, Dylan Heywood, Wayne Heywood.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, August 21, 2025 at Obert Funeral Home Chapel. Obert Funeral Home and Whispering Pines Crematory of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
