Mrs. Pauline Jackson Thomas, 92, of, widow of Akie Gustavius Thomas, of Mullins, passed away peacefully at her residence in the Palms at Florence, on December 30, 2025.
Pauline was born in Brittons Neck, South Carolina on January 9, 1933, a daughter of the late King Jackson and the late Nancy Jernigan Jackson. She was a graduate of Brittons Neck High School and was a retired Textile Worker and homemaker. She loved watching television and loved going to church. She was a member of the Mullins First Baptist Church.
Pauline is survived by her two sisters, Annie Funk of Greenville, SC, Jeanwood Jackson Griffin of Effingham, SC, her brother, Linwood Jackson and his wife, Carolyn, of Myrtle Beach, and a very special friend, Betty Ray of Mullins.
Pauline was predeceased by her five brothers, Clarence Jackson, Hubert Jackson, Douglas Jackson, William Jackson, and Norwood Jackson, and her stepson, Andrew Thomas.
A graveside service for Mrs. Thomas will be held on Saturday, January 3, at 2:00 P.M. at Cedardale Cemetery, directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
