Peter's Obituary
Peter R. Dohr, age 79, Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. He was born May 13, 1943 in Reno, Nevada, the son of Roland Dohr and Myrtle (Elges) Dohr.
Peter worked as a disc jockey for radio stations in Nevada before moving to Missouri. He had been a resident of Whispering Oaks in Poplar Bluff since 2009.
He is survived by his Whispering Oaks family. Peter loved the peace and quiet of nature and at his request will be buried under a shade tree in the New Prospect Cemetery.
