Peter E. Kirn

Peter E. Kirn, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025, in Sebring, Florida, at the age of 84. Born on September 1, 1941, in Rome, Italy. Peter's journey through life was marked by his unwavering faith, entrepreneurial spirit, and love for his family and the simple pleasures of nature. Peter studied as an English Major in Hamburg, Germany. He was a polyglot of many languages, which led him to be stationed in Brussels and Paris under NATO.

A devoted family man, he is survived by his cherished wife, Oak, and his loving son, Markus, along with a large extended family including his sisters-in-law, Hyang Soon Yoo (Kyung Chan Yoo), Doo Young Chang (Jung Soo Chang), Hyang Sook Park, Min Young Chang (Yoosun Chang), Soon Young Chang (Myung Chang) who will always remember his generous heart and warm spirit. Peter built a successful import/export business, guided by his strong Christian faith and commitment to helping others. Peter lived his beliefs through his actions, always extending a helping hand to those in need. His charitable nature was as boundless as his love for his family, and he often went out of his way to support various causes and individuals in his community.

He had an affinity for animals and found joy in fishing, boating, and cheering for his favorite soccer teams, often sharing laughter with his trademark dry wit. Peter’s legacy of kindness, perseverance, and love will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him.
