Dad,
The last time we spoke, I told you that you are my hero, my compass, and all I wanted from life is to be just like you. I am so proud to be your son. You were kind, strong and loving. You were the consumate family man. You worked so hard every day to give us a good life, making us feel safe and loved.
Thank you for enriching my life with love and teaching me by example how to be a good person and family man. You were always present, always supportive.. always a great father.

I've had many connections with my father's cousin over the years....he shared many stories of the past and since I knew of the places he spoke of, or had been there, it meant a lot to me....channeling all the elders gone. We had a lot of fun phone chats/memories/and most chats were nearing the 2 hr mark....willingly. I was close with his mother who was my grandmother's sister, and Peter's father and my grandfather were brothers....I have recently been in touch with Kimberly since last year...

I am so thankful that we shared 27 years together as a family. My life has been better because you were in it. I love you and will miss you very much.

Pete was a loving, sensitive man! He laughed easily, and was quick to offer his help to anyone who needed it. I loved him very much and will miss him more than I can express.
