Not sure what to say?

I was so surprised and so sorry to learn of Phil's passing. My mother (Irene Markey Connors) and Phil's dad were first cousins in the Ascension Parish. Phil worked for a short while at Arthur Andersen (as did I) and we saw each other from time to time at AA alumni or similar professional events. Great guy and my sincere condolences to his entire family.

I was lucky to work alongside Phil over the years. Smart, principled, kind, wonderful sense of humor. I could go on and on. Our loss is heaven's gain.

I have nothing but fond memories of Phil and his siblings growing up next door for most of our childhood. Phil and I were in the same grade at school for 8 years, I will never forget the memories of growing up on Berwyn Street, all the games we played and the times we had. Peace

Phil

I have no words. But, those boys (and their growing families) you raised, speak for you.
Amazing men.

Selfishly, you were MY answer guy. WTH. Not replaceable. Brutal.

I am saddened to learn of the passing of my friend Phil. Phil was the grandson of 1916 revolutionary figure Joe McGarrity of Carrickmore, Tyrone, Ireland after whom the local Sinn Féin Cumann is named.

Phil was very proud of his grandfather and was immensely proud of his Irish heritage and roots in Tyrone.

Along with the Cumann, we were delighted to host Phil and his friends in Carrickmore in Nov. 2023. We brought him to the McGarrity homestead in...

My heartfelt prayers and deepest condolences go out to the Mullen family during this incredibly difficult time. Phil was an extraordinary man and a cherished colleague. His ever-present smile and friendly demeanor made a positive impact on everyone he encountered. Phil's love for his wife and family was evident in everything he did.

He frequently shared stories about his children, expressing his pride in their achievements and the joy he found in their company. His favorite tales...

I have only known Phil for a few years and primarily through a client relationship. He was a personal friend of my partner Bob Boswell and he treated me as a friend also. I liked Phil from the moment I met him and Rosemary at our office in Media. They were two of the nicest ,kindest and trusting people I have ever met. Rosemary left most of the decisions to Phil and we didn't see her as much. He was one of the friendliest ,warmest people I had ever known and very easy to work with. I could...
