Not sure what to say?

May you Rest In Peace Philip, I’m sure Happy that I got you a copy of the films that I had of your first Birthday Party and of my family’s visit to your home in Patchouge many years ago, seeing movie pIctures of your parents sure seemed to make you happy. Philip after our conversation’s that we recently had you amazed me with your memory of my family and made me feel that you are more like a “Cousin” than a friend. You will certainly remain in my,Joseph’s and Maria’s memory’s forever.

My sincerest heart felt condolences to the family. Philly was my grandfather’s and grandmother’s landlord for as long as I can remember. They were very close, spoke often and shared many laughs over the years. He always looked out for my grandmother when my grandfather passed. And was devastated over her passing just over the summer. I’m deeply saddened to know I won’t be able to pass by Metro anymore to say hello. The building will never be the same. Gone but never forgotten. May he rest...

My sincerest condolences to the family. Phil has been my landlord for over 20yrs. We had a lot of laughs over the years. I have a lovely memory of sitting at his kitchen table while he proudly showed me his photo album of his classic car restoration. RIP, Phil. The bldg will never be the same without you.
