Phyllis's Obituary
Phyllis Irene Henson, age 69, passed away Saturday, March 7th, 2026 at her home in Piedmont. She was born in Roswell, New Mexico on September 15, 1956, a daughter of Cecil and Agnes (Livingston) Andrews.
Phyllis was married to James Henson February 10, 1973 in Piedmont. A long time resident of Piedmont, Phyllis worked for many years as a cashier at Town and Country Supermarket. She was a member of Faith Family Worship Center.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Cecil and Agnes Andrews, one daughter, Samantha Peck and one brother, Sam Andrews.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Jim Henson, of the home, a daughter, Lorri Grimes and her husband Darrin, of Piedmont, three sons James Henson and his wife Tracy, of Piedmont, Bobby Henson and his wife Crystal, of Piedmont, Chuck Henson and his wife Jessica, of Poplar Bluff; and several brothers and sisters. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 4 Great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
Visitation was held at 1:00 PM Friday at the Morrison Funeral Chapel in Piedmont. Memorial Services followed at 2:00 PM Friday at the funeral home chapel with Bro. Richard Sanders officiating.
