I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. My Mother passed away on January 15th. Together we were both going thru the same thing. Loosing our Moms is very hard. Our Mother's loved us unconditionally and that is what I miss the most. I know our Mom's are in heaven but I sure miss my Mom as I know you miss your Mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I miss you!

Phyllis M. Medisch, 89, of Indianapolis passed away January 16, 2012. She was born July 15, 1922 in Dayton, Ohio to Leo and Clara Uschold. Phyllis was a loving wife and mother who is survived by her husband of 65 years, Joseph Medisch; children, Karen (Ed) Crisp, Jolene (John) Hill, Leo Medisch, Susan (Bob) Vania, Jackie (Jeff) Paullin, Jenny (George) Fleetwood; 12 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She retired from cafeteria work for the MSD of Perry Township after 18 years of service and was a charter member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church. Phyllis was a light in our world and an angel on this Earth. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 19 at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue. Prayers will be held at 9:15 a.m. Friday, January 20 at the funeral home, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 a.m. at St. Barnabas Catholic Church. She will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
