Vab was my Dad’s best friend, all the way back to Haiti from the days of dating the Montfort sisters to when we all lived in Montreal. I remember him attending my dad’s church and saying “oh Chantoo you’re here? “ Whenever he saw me.He was a kind uncle who was always smiling. I love his kids and his grandkids stole my heart. My condolences to Sheila and kids, I love you guys.
