Priscilla Fay “Pat” McLean, 74, passed away on January 17, 2026, at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas. Her passing marks the close of a life defined by patience, devotion, and a quiet strength that touched everyone who knew her.
Born to Willie and Floy Kennedy of Lawton, Oklahoma, Priscilla grew up in a loving family alongside her siblings Mary Elizabeth Bowen, Margie Kennedy, David Kennedy, and Keith Kennedy. She carried the values of her upbringing—kindness, integrity, and resilience—through every chapter of her life.
Priscilla was the beloved wife of James Arthur McLean, with whom she shared many years of partnership until his passing in January 2023. Together they built a family rooted in love, faith, and loyalty. She was a devoted mother to Rebecca Eastman (Antioch, CA), James McLean (Martinez, CA), Robert McLean (Sacramento, CA), Terry Vaughn (Clearlake, CA) and grandmother to Alisha and James Garren McLean, and Jason Vaughn. Her children, and all who knew her, were blessed by her gentle humor, her steady presence, and her unwavering support.
Known for her warm spirit and genuine enjoyment of life, Priscilla formed lasting friendships wherever she went. She had a gift for making others feel seen and valued, and her quiet acts of care left a lasting imprint on countless hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Red River Cowboy Church in Burkburnett, Texas, where family and friends will gather to honor her life and legacy.
Priscilla was a patient, loving, and devoted daughter, wife, and mother—and a friend to many who came to know and appreciate her humor, integrity, and joy. She is and will always be greatly missed.
