Not sure what to say?

Rob Brown was a true Patriot and a great American. He loved the Texas Tech Red Raiders. He was one of the best family men I have ever known. God Bless Rob!!! RIP!

My condolences to the Brown family, my dad Harold was raised in Throckmorton and always had good things to say about Rob and the Brown family, our prayers are with the family

A true American Rancher and a loyal and proud Texas Tech alumni! Gods Speed Rob! Prayers today and in the days ahead!

As a native of Throckmorton and a classmate and friend of Rob's late sister, Marianne Brown Merrick Bachman, I of course knew Rob throughout his childhood. He was a classmate of my late brother, Reginald M. Nichols, and we all remember the Brown family fondly and appreciate their contributions to our hometown and community. Valda Davis Brown, Rob's mother, can be credited with having used stones from the old, demolished Throckmorton schoolhouse, to build the gates to the Throckmorton...

Deepest sympathy and condolences to the R.A. Brown family. Betsy may your family find peace in knowing your dad is with our Lord and was met with “well done my good and faithful servant, welcome home”

Ronnie & I have many great memories of Rob, the gentleman rancher icon from a time when life was slower yet appreciated by ranching families like the Browns & the Nails & many others we now miss. Rob, though sometimes reserved & humbled was larger than life & he lived it well.

A legend, a competitor, and a friend. He kept his family together. A Christian pattern for us all to admire.

I will always remember the wonderful Quail hunting trips as a child on the ranch. We will love you and miss you always.
