Rafael - Your heart, kindness and love was shown in every plate you made. My prayers and thoughts are with your family during this time. What a loss, I will miss you my friend.

All of us who knew Rafael were gifted with his joy and loving nature. Students and staff alike at Davidson were embraced by his generosity and humor. And what great hugs! Our grief at his loss is deep -- we miss him very much.

Our deepest heartfelt condolences to Milagros and family. Our love and prayers are with you on the lost of your son Rafael. May God give you strength and peace. All our love Maritza and Hank Garcia

Sending our love

A True Friend he will be missed that's for sure my condolences go out to his family and wife...

The world lost an angel this week. Rafael was a gentle and sweet man who's humor was infectious. He was a wonderful husband to my friend, Jaime... He was the clown who kept us all laughing. All who met Raf and knew him, were left with a deep impression of a guy who many fell in love with. We will miss you, but we are all so much better to have known you.

Knew you for a short time but know that you are going to be missed greatly.May you be in peace and God Bless You
